DESCRIPTION: Large, no-nonsense copperplate engraved navigational chart on wove paper. Coverage is of the Gulf of Gascogne from Isle d'Ouessant to Cape Finisterre. Published by the French Depot de la Marine in 1790.

CONDITION: Very Good.
Very presentable with stong impression. Three vertical folds lighty visible in center. Paper very good, near white, with visble platemark. Wide margins all around. Light offsetting of title at right. Small brown dot at far center right and stain in margin well ouside the platemark. Remnants of binders stub and manuscript "2" on verso. No foxing.
